This website is provided for general information about our roofing services. By using the site you agree to these terms. We may update them from time to time; the current version always applies.

Content and accuracy

We take care to keep information accurate and up to date but make no warranty that content is complete, current or error-free. Pricing shown is indicative and subject to a written quote. Photos may show example work.

Quotes and contracts

Submitting an enquiry does not form a contract. A binding contract is created only when we issue a written quote and you accept it. Our consumer terms (including your statutory cancellation rights under the Consumer Contracts Regulations 2013) are provided with each quote.

Intellectual property

All content, images, logos and code on this site are owned by CJH & Sons Roofing Ltd or licensed to us. You may view and print pages for personal, non-commercial use. Any other use requires our written permission.

Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law we exclude liability for indirect or consequential loss arising from use of this website. Nothing in these terms limits liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence, fraud, or any liability that cannot be excluded under English law. We carry £2m public liability insurance for our roofing work.
