- To respond to your enquiry and provide a quote — legitimate interests / steps prior to entering a contract.
- To carry out roofing work you instruct — contract.
- To meet legal, tax and insurance obligations — legal obligation.
- To keep the website secure — legitimate interests.
We do not sell your data and do not use it for marketing without your consent.
Who we share it with
We share data only with trusted processors who help us run the business, including our website host, our email delivery provider (Resend) and, where required, our accountant or insurers. All processors are bound by appropriate data-protection terms.
How long we keep it
Quote enquiries: up to 2 years. Customer job records and invoices: 6 years (HMRC requirement). Server logs: up to 90 days.
